What we offer
Healtech; Apple Health verini, günlük ritüellerini ve tahlillerini tek sohbette birleştiren bir iOS kişisel sağlık asistanıdır. Erken erişim sürümleri "olduğu gibi" sunulur; özellikler değişebilir ya da kaldırılabilir.
Healtech is an iOS personal health companion that brings your Apple Health data, daily rituals and lab reports into one conversation. Early-access builds are provided "as is"; features may change or be removed.

Healtech is not a medical device, does not diagnose and does not recommend treatment. Everything it produces is a note to bring to a doctor. Consult a clinician for health decisions. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in Türkiye).
Yapay zekâ ve API anahtarları
AI and API keys
Kendi API anahtarını kullanırsan sağlayıcıya yapılan istekler ve maliyetleri senin sorumluluğundadır; sağlayıcının kullanım koşulları geçerlidir. Yapay zekâ yanıtları hatalı veya eksik olabilir; doğruluğunu kontrol etmek sana aittir.
If you use your own API key, the requests to the provider and their cost are your responsibility, and the provider's terms apply. AI replies can be wrong or incomplete; checking them is up to you.

- Uygulamayı yasalara aykırı amaçlarla kullanma.
- Başkasına ait sağlık verisini izinsiz yükleme.
- Hizmeti aksatacak ya da kötüye kullanacak girişimlerde bulunma.
- Healtech 18 yaş altı kullanıcılar için tasarlanmamıştır.
- Don't use the app for unlawful purposes.
- Don't upload someone else's health data without permission.
- Don't try to disrupt or abuse the service.
- Healtech is not designed for users under 18.
Sorumluluğun sınırı
Limit of liability
Geçerli hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde Healtech'in ve geliştiricisinin, hizmetin kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluğu yoktur. Kanundan doğan zorunlu tüketici hakların saklıdır.
To the extent applicable law allows, Healtech and its developer are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
